Have they *been* to Oxford Street lately? There can surely be few less pleasant shopping streets to walk down in the world...
(I understand the Central Market in Mogadishu - scene of Black Hawk Down - may be marginally worse.)

In Southampton we only seem to have several tattoo parlours advertising with signs-on-sticks. I do wonder how many people strolling by think to themselves 'I must get a tattoo' at lunchtime and follow the arrows.
