But not everyone has that, so a nice cold glass of chocolate milk is helpful!!! YAY!!!

Another thing that helps is Cheese cake, especially Chocolate... it relaxes you and releses endorphines in your blood that make you all happy and that clears your head.
Pesonally trying to stay awake makes me go to sleep... I try to stay awake so when my girlfriend comes to bed I can cuddle but I always fall asleep waiting... then she comes in and snuggles up against me and I am happy...

Anyway (not anyways- of corse) I really enjoy talking on H2G2 and I dont know what I would do without it it helps me think. It is informative, and it is cool I love the advice you can get from deciples (well not quite) of Douglas Adams...
Oh I like to sit and hold her but it always seems like she dosnt really enjoy it... I think mostly it is just the heat of sothern california, after she got used to Idaho and Washington.

I love reading a book in bed until I fall asleep, either just falling asleep holding the book, light on, glasses on, or just finishing a book and falling asleep, then you dream about the book
