Try running your feet under the cold tap or shower for a minute each, then going straight to bed without drying them. It's surprising how quick they dry by themselves anyway; you'll have to be very quick to make your sheets even slightly damp.

Caution: this can work too well. You might be dead to the world for hours, especially if you haven't' been sleeping well previously.
