No, really. Just bung them on the BBQ for about 10-20 minutes until the skin is all black and the inside is all warm and squishy. Slit the skin and bung in a square or two of plain chocolate. (My sister sometimes adds a bit of double cream, but I don't think you need it).

Listen, what you want to do is split them, add a little flake down the middle, a big dash of brandy then parcel them up in tinfoil and fling them onto the barbeque
