Important: During the processing of your Döner Kebab you will be asked "mit alles", maening, if you want all the above mentioned ingredients included. You can now choose to confuse the Döner-maker by ordering "no tomatoes, no lettuce and no dressing/cacik/Tzaziki" please, or just say "mit alles" or, more correctly "mit allem, bitte" which might be considered as talking down. The Döner-maker will insist on an answer to his question, although the result is nearly always the same: a Döner with all possible ingredients. By the way: if you ever come to Hamburg, don't miss "Pamukkale" Döner-shop at the railway-bridge in Bergedorf or at Susannenstrasse.

btw: Best Döner in Cologne is 'Doruc'-Döner on Kyffhäuser Straße. Bread backed freshly before you're eyes and a full meal for 6 Marks.
