I also wonder how anyone (Titan or not) would have enough entrails to sustain a hungry eagle on a daily basis for eternity. Even a little nibble a day would eventually exhaust the contents of his gut after a few centuries. I'm starting to suspect that this story isn't entirely realistic.

I'm fairly sure that there was some mechanism for growing them back each night.
Anyway, I'm certain that in the translation of the greek that I read it was only the Promethian liver that was consumed.
