I know this articles is about crisps but it would be nice to get a mention in for some variants.
French Fries
Monster Munch
Wottsits
Nik Naks
Hula Hoops
Wheat crunchies
spring immediately to mind.
Don't get me wrong though - really good article

I'm with Nigella Lawson, I quite like the long thin ones with the russett-red stripes that purport to be strips of thin bacon.

I love mini chips myself.
I didn't want to deviate too much in the crisp entry, but perhaps there is room for an entry on all the derivatives if anyone would like to take it up.
