A Conversation for Pizza - Not Just Italian Any More
Fruity pizzas

My partner loves her 'Hawaiian' pizzas, and was looking forward to having an authentic one on our recent holiday in Rome. However, she was met with blank looks and a great deal of incredulation when she tried to order one.
It seems the Italians don't put fruit on their pizza's, and quite right too! I have now weaned her off this abomination!! She can have pineapple for pudding, like a normal person.
Pizza cooked in a proper, wood-fired pizza oven is absolutely delicious! Much better than the doughy, stodgy offerings in pizzeria's in England.

We've with you on the pineapple, monkey. But how about baked beans on pizza? Now that really shouldn't be allowed...

Err, that is a big no-no as well.
I suppose if you have a breakfast pizza- with egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms- then you can have beans as an accompaniment, but certainly not ON the pizza!!
Where, oh where will it all end!!!! :0
