Scrambled Eggs
There's an eggshell in my marmalade

Of course, if anyone happens to be close friends with Paul McCartney (Yoko, Linda? Ya list'ning? ) and happens to have heard what words -he- was mumbling when the tune popped up, feel free to pop in with corrections.

(I still think I'm probably close. )

I think the simplest way to Scramble Eggs is to keep it simple.
Break 2 eggs into a saucepan. Add 2 Tablespoons of cold water.
Salt and pepper to taste. Beat well, then cook over a medium heat until
almost solid, as they continue cooking while you are serving them.
Otherwise you end up with pieces of dry rock- like eggs.
To pep up the eggs a bit, you could add a pinch of curry. Enjoy

Replace the water with milk - and a smidgin of tobasco sauce

Crack 3 eggs in bowl
add
1/4 C sugar
1 t vanilla
1/4 t nutmeg
1/2 C milk

Mix well

Dip 4 slices bread in mixture
Place in hot skillet with 1 T butter
Sprinkle with nutmeg
Fry til golden brown

It's not Scrambled eggs, it's French Toast, and it's better.

Next time you visit a supermarket, rearrange the cartons of eggs so if anyone moves a carton most of the others end up on the floor

Actually I just bought eggs this evenen.... erm... yesterday evening and they were stacked quite nicely.. You're right. I did think of just that.

The way I figure, it's one of two things:

I live in a techno-challenged area (which is true) so no one from 'round here read your interesting thesis...

or...

They'd already been there, done that, and the management had already cleaned up the mess.
