Should Richard III get a state funeral?

I've just been reading the comments on the BBC webpage for the story relating to the identification of the remains of King Richard III: the last Plantagenet King of England.

Now that we've dug 'im up, should he get a state funeral and a spot in Westminster Abbey? - he is a royalty after all
Discuss.

Should Richard III get a state funeral? Nah, he's still got the hump about being buried under a car park in Leicester.

Why? Is one missing?

The entire site including the bones of Richard III was nearly lost to Victorian building development. His feet and lower legs were torn away and obliterated with the sinking of Victorian foundations. It seems that luck played a part in preventing the rest of the skeleton being obliterated.

I think they should have him interred in Yorkshire where he belongs.

I think after they have finished all of the analysis, preserved his DNA for future cloning, and digitally recreated his face and body after processing the CT scan data, they should
a) build a "Richard III" museum over the car park
b) his bones should be returned to the site and be the centre piece of the museum.
c) build a theme park next to the museum
d) nothing should be sent to london
It will help to create a bit of local commerce away from London, and an attraction for overseas visitors and investors.

>> He should be laid to rest beside his wife Anne Neville in Westminster Abbey <<
Firstly I don't think there is any logical reason to place two sets of 500 year old bones next to each other apart from "convention"
Secondly Anne Nevilles bones could be removed and sent to Leicester as part of my proposed Richard III Museum
Thirdly: I am not sure of the connection between Westminster Abbey and Royalty --> some say Richard III was unfairly overthrown by by the "imposter" Henry Tudor and so shouldn't be placed next to these "usurpers" tudors at Westminister Abbey (assuming that's where they are buried)
