Dear All - do we think there is enough time to vote?

It wouldn't affect the game if we had a weekend included in the voting time would it? (do coment if you think it would).

I'm thinking about the people who can only partake of the pleasures of the game on the weekend. Then they could vote on the previous week's entries while compiling their current entry.

VB, I am happy with that, especially as only 6 people voted last week, and 9 people are up for nomination. As you can see, I am using my tag to get the word spread, but we need more.
I can delay posting the result until 18:00 on Monday, if someone can just draw the line, as I'm away until Tuesday?

B'Elana, you can very much vote. The original idea was voting would be allowed for 24 hours, ie:- all day Friday. Vestboy is suggesting extending it for the whole weekend, which is fine by me, as I am Tallyman. So please do vote...

If nobody else has, I'll get telegram_sam to announce the extended voting time on the playing and voting threads.

I agree 24 hours doesn't seem very long for people to vote especially if they cant log on everyday? I'm here during working hours so consequently, am not here when I have days off!

Any suggestions on the Roll Of Honour entry would be appreciated. Should I leave each game up, or do as Neri did, and just have the winning Telegram for each word displayed?
ie:- Week 1 = RESTART=1st,(word)2nd,(word)3rd,(word)
Week 2 = AGREE=1st,(word)2nd, (word)3rd, (word)

or

Week 1 = RESTART = 1st, (word)
Week 2 = AGREE = 1st, (word)

I thought I was being clever by adding players to the friends list of Telegram Sam. The effect this had was that lots of extraneous stuff was being added to the list of threads which was not telegram game related - so I've decided to remove everyone from the friends list to keep this Personal Space as simple as possible.

You are all still loved and cherished so please don't take this personally!

I have a query on punctuation.

A Telegram was posted for EXPLOIT, incorporating an hyphen.
The word was 'X-rated'.
Is this valid? The reason I ask is I thought it was two words ie: X and Rated, rather than X-rated.
I ask because a term like Fleur-De-Lis could be used for F, when it may be deemed to be F.D.F.

Clarification would be useful.

I would say that both "x-rated" and "fleur-de-lis" would be considered one word. "fleur-de-lis" in particular because none of those words can stand alone in english as far as I know. "x-rated" I am less sure of and couldn't find any more definative.
