as your mam and dad have had major health events, it is only natural (sort of) that lesser infections can take hold as they climb the ladder of recovery.
The body will cut supplies to one area while repairing another and as their strength returns,their bodies will then switch to the other areas in turn

Fungal infections can happen when the body is stressed. I think the nail infection is one of the easiest to be cured

Hello all...Happy Tidings and a Brave New Year to all!!!

Some good news:

I was in contact with my Dad,and he passed on this bit of news..
"Things are so hunky-dory that it's scary.." Meaning that his recovery is going well,and that Mom is doing much better as well,she was released from hospital to convalescent home to futher recover...I am not sure as if she will be taking permanent residence there,that will depend on my sister and her ability to manage financially what Social Security will not cover. Still..this is very good news that makes me feel much more at ease than I had been a few short weeks ago.
I thought it would be only fair to pass this on to you good folk,who have been sending me good thoughts and prayers on my family's behalf
