Oh dearry deary me.
Was up at my Mum's at the weekend, and weighed myself on her scales (I don't own any)
11 stone
That's 80 kg in new money
I thought I had "about a stone" to lose, but now it looks like it's closer to 2...
But then, it's probably taken me about 6 months to put that weight on. Would it be realistic to aim for being 9 stone by next Christmas?

Well, I reckon I've got at least two stone to lose, though my exact weight shall remain TOP SECRET.
But happy to report that - for starters - I've got on the exercise bike for half an hour the past two mornings. Burned 200 calories each time, which doesn't sound like much, but better than nuthin.
And so, rather than focus on what I'm *not* doing, I'm going to focus on that half-hour bike ride every morning and build up from there.

Oooh, thanks for asking! Managed to get to salsa class tonight (although without Dai as he's snowed under with work). And I'm glad I went, we started Cha cha cha tonight, which is my absolute favourite dance.
The group are really friendly, and I'm looking forward to our Christmas party.
So yeah, the back's loads better ta
Foodwise - had grilled salmon with low fat oven chips tonight. And picked the pasta sauce with the lowest calories (Arabiata) for tomorrow night's quick-meal-before-dashing-to-the-cinema.
