Doesn't work, my mother'll see through it straight away.

My page is alabaster, and you're already on my friends list of you want to play with something.
Guys - Aries isn't allowed out - not since the incident with the water-buffalo, the cucumber, the table tennis ball, the turkey baster, and the meat cleaver. Sorry.

On to more serious matters; I think the *delete a yourself from some other dude's friends list* is the result of someone having someone he didn't like in his journals. http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/classic/F19585?thread=248611 Like that.

Yes,I am the Lady Lowena!Get with the programme... Posted Nov 26, 2003
Hmm I never write anything on hootoo that really matters so I don't care who has me on their friends list. Its a good way to be notified of new convo's as well. but I think I will go and check that everyone is happy on my list all the same.
i love thread jacking but I am aware that some people are not as shallow fickle and inconsequential as me.I come here to and talk nonsense.my real life is really over responsible and I need to unwind. I also find it less confusing then the real world where some tru;ly perplexing things are happening just now

On a more serious note this is something I never considered. I added you to my friends list when you started to contribute at SHADOW.
Please let me know if this upsets you and obviously I'll remove myself.
This is an aspect o fH2G2 netiquette I never considered, I just thought it was an easy way to get involved in conversations.

I've never really considered it either, It was just somebody wanted to add me to their friends list, and did I mind?

I don't see the point of having a friends list. You should know who you speak to, shouldn't you? Or is there some other point to having a friends list?

You get their journals and an easy link to their page and everything instead of having to search for them.

It's easier to get to know a person better, to find out his/her interests and opinions.

Can't you use the favourites menu on your browser for that?
Experiment
Ralph the Wonder Llama and André the dodo; Excrement Occurs Posted Nov 27, 2003
I'm not on my own computer, so I can't store things in the favourites.

I don't use favourites.
It brings up that annoying little thing on the side.

I've got both.

I don't use favourites.
I've only got one thing in favourites - waffle boys mountain adventure.
Has anyone seen the leibach kittens? http://www.rathergood.com/laibach/
or the wrong bananas song? http://www.rathergood.com/bananas/
or even the really naughty rude bad little hedgehog song http://www.rathergood.com/hedgehogs/
