I had a lemon drizzle cake a couple of days ago, claiming to be made with the 'Finest ingredients'. Fair enough. But how would one rate the fineness of tri-glyceride of fatty acids? Are some better than others?

All tri-glyceride fatty acids are NOT the same!
you know it makes sense....

I'd suggest going around the shelves of your local Sainsbury's, looking for triglycerides of fatty acids, and seeing which they have they have brought out as a new product line and are charging an arm and a leg for.

I expect I didn't read the packaging correctly and 'Finest' was followed by the letters (tm). The sort of company that would put a 'may contain nuts' notice on a banana.
I've always wondered why I have to pay for crips even though the packets say "Free from artificial flavourings and colourings".

Ah the old "95% fat free" products.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Fat, flavourings, E410.
Nothing like a greasy bag of kettle chips to make you want to throw up for the rest of the afternoon.
