Because
I was messing around with stuff and sorting things out, when I came across my Violin.
Yes, yes one of my many talents is that I can make a Violin sound excatly like a cat being strangled 
Anyhoo I opened up the case and it suddenly dawned on me how beautiful that instrument is, I mean perfectly beautiful, lovely cherry coloured would, wonderful lines and when played correctly with the right touch, can sing like an 
*sighs*
you see, you see how strange I am, all I did was open a violin case and I got all arty farty

Well I appreciated it before, otherwise I'd have gotten rid of it, I just never realised it's full beauty before,
Infact I have 2 violins, one is a full sized one, which is the one I'm talking about, the other is a three quater which I had when I first started to play.

I've always known you were strange.. 
Actually I see nothing odd about the violin getting you all poetic and stuff. I have to admit to going all funny over the feeling of olive oil on my hands when I'm cooking or other simple things.
