I have to agree with Deb and just king of say tsk tsk Cal... 
though admittedly I lost weight and gained muscle over the holidays.
Of course I'm spending some hugely ridiculous amount to allow The Punisher to abuse me a few times a week but still... it works on the health and 
I get to pretend the punching bag is whoever I'm ticked off at..
