Yes, my mother wishes they had never bought me my playstation either, especially now we have moved it into the study, as she doesn't see my Dad or me any more! I don't thinl she understands how much enjoyment can come from a little black box (even more now we have a dance mat!)
Merry Christmas!
wazzow Posted Jan 13, 2003
aaahh..my eight year old daughter wants me to buy her one of them..
i was just saying to the boss (laughs) last night when she goes out on a girly night i've a helluver decision to make computer (when its connected at home ) or play station.
oh the decisions to have to make eh..?
just out of interest what sort of games do you enjoy playing..
Merry Christmas!
Miss Typo Posted Jan 13, 2003
Ohh a bit of everything. I love SSX tricky, which is extra fun as we have a snowboard controler (It's a bit like a dance mat, but snowboard shape obviously!!) I love driving games Grand Theft Auto:Vice City is good, as is world rally championship. Ohh and if you are a bit tipsy, PaRappa the rapper is fantastic, if a little strange!
Merry Christmas!
wazzow Posted Jan 13, 2003
yeah don't mind some of the driving games but i'm basically a shoot em up/slice & dice type of person.
having only recently persuaded the "little lady" (laughs) to buy me one,so far i only have grand turismo3/devil may cry & soul reaver 2.
although i'm aiming to get vampire knights (am i coming over to gory..?)
have'nt yet had the chance to try playing it when brahms & lizt but looking forward to giving it a good go.
so..i'm at work skiving at the moment...wots your excuse for chatting then...(smiles with little chuckle)
Merry Christmas!
Miss Typo Posted Jan 13, 2003
Vampire Night. Fantastic game!I borrowed it from a equally minded playstation fanatic.
My excuse! Ahh, you see guv, I was meant to be in college today, but the bus didn't decide to come, and I couldn't be bothered to wait an hour so I left, and am now enjoying a day of luxury. I should be doing an assignment at the moment, but somehow calculating how much wood you need to make a obilisk isn't that atractive at the moment!
Merry Christmas!

mines boredom...
nothing to do all morning then....BANG...
everything goes off.
anyway i seem to have become an addict (if thats the right word) for this site..i keep looking at other peoples sites & butting in on the chat.
in about a couple of weeks i will be able to do this from home..so for now i guess i'll have to skive at work.
on a better note..did you manage to finish vampire nights..?
Merry Christmas!
Miss Typo Posted Jan 13, 2003
Yes, I did finish it after about 3 soild days of playing it! (laughs)
I can understand the bordem factor. I really enjoyed doing nothing, but now, well I am watching my black books DVD for about the 6th time.
I am glad you came and talked to me, all the other conversations seem to have dried up!
Merry Christmas!
wazzow Posted Jan 13, 2003
no not a problem (scratchs head,,quizzical look..thinks may sound thick but) wots a black book dvd..?
(laughs) if its something easy i'll feel a right lemon.
Merry Christmas!
Miss Typo Posted Jan 13, 2003
Black books is a very funny channel 4 program. It's got Bill Bailey in it who you may have seen on never mind the buzcocks. It's fantastic, very bizzare and very funny!
Merry Christmas!
wazzow Posted Jan 13, 2003
aaarrgghhh light dawns on marble head.......
you like all the comedy stuff then...
anything specific or just all of it,if you see my home page i've named a few but i could go on & on & on & on (bit like ariston)..sorry poor joke..
Merry Christmas!
Miss Typo Posted Jan 13, 2003
If I had to name my three favorite comedy programs they would be: Blackadder, Spike Milligan (anything to do with him!)and Monty Python, but really I like most comedy stuff. It's hard choosing your favorites, a bit like someone asking me to choose my favorite neice!
Merry Christmas!
wazzow Posted Jan 13, 2003
i have a feeling of dejar veu (spelt wrongly..slaps self on wrist)i was talking to someone this morning about python..
all we need is a third person..
for
the
PARROT SKETCH
which series of blackadder do you prefer..personally mine was series two,but 3 was'nt too bad either..
Merry Christmas!
Miss Typo Posted Jan 13, 2003
I agree with you, either serries two or three are the best. Serries four I din't like that much, it didn't have John Cleese in it, did it? Or am I just being blonde!?
Merry Christmas!
wazzow Posted Jan 13, 2003
ok.......then (thinks & smiles)..
would'nt want to be rude to a lady but blackadder (laughs) did'nt as far as i remember (pls put me right if im wrong)have an appearance by john cleese.
(laughs loudly..looks around to make sure no ones looking)
so you have blonde moments..
please explain in not less than one thousand words all about yourselfs & blonde moments (snigger) starting from now..
coz i'm interested to know
Merry Christmas!
Miss Typo Posted Jan 13, 2003
See...blonde-ness and all it's glory, I thought you ment Monty Python. In the words of Homer Simpson D'oh! I was paying attention honestly. Favorite blackadder- 4th serries!
...And you don't want to know about my blonde moments
Merry Christmas!
wazzow Posted Jan 13, 2003
oh go on..do tell..do..tell,
you've got my full attention.
i'm all ears......so once upun a time..only kidding.

oh by the way I did work with the nhs years ago so i'll apologise now for my sick sense of humour if the occasion occurs.
Merry Christmas!
Miss Typo Posted Jan 13, 2003
I hail from Hampshire, where hurricanes hardly ever happen, sorry bad joke. Probably the nearest, most famous city near me is Portsmouth. How 'bout you?
Don't worry about the nhs thing, my aunt works for them as well, and I am used to her sense of humour!
