And it will do for as long as people continue to take offence at being asked to be polite.
G'day muckah, how r u? BIIIIIIIRRRRDDDDD.

It looks like the thread has just taken a turn for the worse.
Could you please take the "chat" to your own space?
I'm good, howz u dudeeeeeeee?
Oh and:
QUACK!

Zymurgy Posted Jul 29, 2003
It's continually taking turns for the worse. At least some are starting to see it for what it is, chatters v debaters. And the most mindless chatters at that.
Nah, if I did you wouldn't answer.
Not bad, need a ciggy. Oh, which hacking site were you on about yesterday?
CUCKOO

Pad Posted Jul 29, 2003
I was gonna post but I think I'll wait until the thread quietens down a little. If it does.
Good point.
Are you out of cigs again? The NTL and Telewest hacking one(haven't got the link to hand), but I also found:
http://www.endcrypt.co.uk
which looks ok and a few others that I haven't had chance to have a look at yet. Have you found something?
BLOODY PENGUINS!!

A good portion of the chatters should disappear around soap-time. Not going to flame the wolves are you? Did you see the attempt to post a viral code?
U j dunno ow t ave fun,,
The one that came up on google was hackinthebox.com, excruciatingly slow to load. I think you'd probably need to rig the box to a PC to do any hacking, wouldn't you?
Not as bad as the pigeons. So you did have a wee read? What did you think?
Groan...
Pad Posted Jul 29, 2003
Most likely. There's a few myths flying about and lots of accusations from people who haven't even read the backlog. No, it had been yikesed before I saw it.
AWAY N S YA BOABY!!!!
I had a look through hackinthebox, most was through a PC but if you look at:
http://www.rizzo.tv there's card and box hacks too.
The pigeons aren't half as much trouble as those giraffes. Err, I read most things in the library.

Yep, debate jumpers, the ones that arrive when it heats up. Queegle is being pretty reasonable, I haven't seen anything I can really disagree with. I'd put money on the spammer being Ultra.
WHO DO U THINK U ARE?? A H2G2ER OR SUMMIN?
I'll have a squizz then, my box will be gone eventually and I'll probably be trying to hack in with a hairdryer. You tried out any of the naughtiness?
It's the damn peeeeeeegs that are taking over the world though. I meant messages, y'know because of the QUACK sign-off.

Pad Posted Jul 29, 2003
The ones that are trying to make a name for themselves. I agree, look at the thread "Don't let them in" on my space though. You're probably right, could be Little Miss too.
R U CALLIN ME A GEEK? U Flmfaorotflpmp.
I've not tried anything yet, still researching.
Leave the peeeeeeeegggggggssssss alone, what have they ever done to you? You mentioned that the other day.

Zymurgy Posted Jul 29, 2003
Yup, pretty much, it's too damn easy to look smart in that thread. I've read it already. It's quite similar to how some of our old threads started out.
I was thinking that whoever it is has a PC, looks like they tried to cut and paste a virus into the post box and posted the header.
Get up and put your arse back on, you incontinent fool!
Does endcrypt register you automatically? A lot of the hacking seems to involve damaging the hardware with screwdrivers.
They have trotters, that's enough. Ah, I thought with it being followed by bloody penguins...never mind. Did k get the reply to the tats message?

Pad Posted Jul 29, 2003
What is?
That doesn't surprise me, none of them are hardly the sharpest tool in the box.
Sorry about that.
Err, no... I registered myself and had to reply to the email before I got membership. Why?
Ah! Have you been reading about disabling the talkback?
Hmmm, tasty. You sound disappointed. I haven't managed to get a link for myself yet, so I haven't been in.

Zymurgy Posted Jul 29, 2003
What is similar? The 'Don't let them in...' thread, reminded me of the escaping threads a little.
That's okay, just try not to pee so far next time.
Just wondered, it gave me the option to add people to a contact list and send private messaging. Suppose it would just redirect to a registration if I tried to. Yep, you'd really have to do that if you didn't want to get caught but it'd be a bugger to explain if you had to call an engineer out.
Are you one of those freaks that eat bull testicles? Nah, I'm not, just paranoid. I'd want to know what you thought if you did read them, that's all. Have you been getting a lot of requests in?
Groan...
Pad Posted Jul 29, 2003
Ah, I don't see it.
You probably need this:
It does. This is not available to blah, blah, blah. Have you joined then? That's why it says, "If you are subbing to them when doing this, you are asking to be caught".
Not much call for them around here. Not read them, maybe I should. Nope, just one. I just cannot be arsed when I have access with the STB.

Zymurgy Posted Jul 29, 2003
You're quite obviously blind, it's staring you in the face.
Yep, and maybe a sponge-bath.
Nah, I haven't, don't see the point since I'm not a 'tech-head'. You joined yesterday didn't you? Can you hack into services if you're completely cut-off?
They're an aphrodisiac, thought you'd be right in there. If you want to, but be aware that a lot of what was said was rather ambiguous. Can't be arsed going on the console you mean?
Oh, did you get a look at rotten?
Groan...
Pad Posted Jul 29, 2003
I prefer the term ignorant, thank you very much.
It wasn't that bad, was it?
Yep, just so I could send myself messages. That's what they're doing, as far as I know.
Why would I need an aphrodisiac? Maybe when I'm bored. Yep, it means having to go upstairs.
I saw it the last time the firewall was down, not looked since.
Groan...
Zymurgy Posted Jul 29, 2003
How about oblivious? That has less insulting connotations.
Awwww, why were you sending them to yourself? Surely if you're cut off, you're not connected and you have no access to the system? Or can you use the box to get connected without TW switching you on?
I don't know, to get the sheep in the mood? I'll be gone soon, you're bound to get bored. Lazy sod.
Do you remember discussing it in the last thread?
Groan...
Pad Posted Jul 29, 2003
Nah, that would suggest that I'm clueless, and I'm not.
Just so I had a link to get around without having to go back to emails. It doesn't work like that. Just because you only get so many channels all the channels are coming down the pipe, what you see is up to the box which is in communication with the head-end, cut the talk back and the head-end knows nothing.
They prefer the surprise. Of course I will hun. Am I supposed to be ashamed of that?
I do, I just didn't get around to going there. Why?

Zymurgy Posted Jul 29, 2003
Are you still playing the part of 'chatter' in this exchange? You're getting the characterisation all wrong.
Aah, smart thinking Sherlock. That would save me going to search in Lycos. I understand all that, but I thought in order to get all the channels 'coming down the pipe' you had to be subscribed to the cable TV service. The pipe has to unblocked, if you will.
Not even a little romancing or foreplay? Say it like you mean it. Nah, you should aspire to being as lazy as me.
Just to tell you to have a peek at the pic titled 'mousetrap...summin summin'.

Pad Posted Jul 29, 2003
That's nothing new.
I thought so, I'm not just a pretty face. Nah, its fed onto the network. They don't cut you from the network they just tell the box not to decode the information. And that's the way they hack around it.
Nope, not even a meal. I thought that was very sincere. I do.
Ok, I'll have a look.
Groan...
Zymurgy Posted Jul 29, 2003
Yeah, your impressions are laways terrible.
I am just a pretty face. Stay away from the eyebrows. Ah, that's where I'm going wrong, I thought it would be more phone-like. How do they manage to get hold of a box?
How did you manage to breed? You're supposed to say your days will be dark and lonely, and you'll go insane from innuendo suppression. Good...sponge-bath in exchange for a lesson.
Key: Complain about this post
