I'VE MANAGED TO HURT MY RIGHT SHOULDER - EVEN TYPING THIS BRINGS TEARS TO MY EYES. NOT THE TEARS OF 'JOY'WHICH IS WHAT I'M USE TO BUT TEARS OF PAIN.
DUE TO A DUMBA*S ATTACK, OF MY OWN DOING, (MINE & MOTHER NATURE'S, WE'LL CALL IT PANDORA-VS-ICE / ICE WINS) I SHALL BE OFF LINE UNTIL I AM ABLE TO TYPE. NOT THAT I WAS A GOOD TYPIST BEFORE, HOWEVER, I CHOOSE TEARS OF JOY & EMOTIONAL PAIN (WHEN NECESSARY) INSTEAD OF TEARS OF 'OUCH PAIN' WHICH I AM EXPERIENCING NOW.

I am SO soorry that you had a tangle with Mother Nature. You must learn to respect her, treat her carefully and gently and then you will not be hurt by her.
Incidentally have you had your shoulder x-rayed? Perhaps you have fractured something or got a dislocated shoulder.
Poor darling. I do hope that you have someone to help you with your chores such as making the fire and emptying the ash etc. etc.
