I have no idea what Victoria Day is, Mudhooks.

It wasn't the holiday that I was commenting on, but the man pulled over driving his car backwards and having had his front brakes removed (as well as being sort of unclear about his identity)....
Victoria Day is the celebration of Queen Victoria's birthday and celebrated on the Monday closest to May 24th. We used to have fireworks, etc., but now it is more an excuse to spend the weekend at the cottage and drinking. It marks the first cottagable weekend of the year.
