I didn't come here to get away from bad music - I know there's plenty of it. I came here specifically to get away from *those* three. And what do I see? 'The Cheeky Dance (Touch My Bum)' on BBC America

And I ain't just whistlin' Dixie, Jack!

Why is it that when I turn on BBC America, all I ever see is shows about redecorating each other's houses?

Cos that's pretty much all they seem to show these days It's all getting rather boring. I can do without an entire day of GroundFroceChangingRoomsHouseInvaders, and now we've got What Not to Wear, and that ghastly bloke on Bargain Hunt Where are all the decent BBC shows I remember?

I'm getting so very tired of lifestyle programmes

If there was some real variety in them, perhaps it wouldn't be so bad, but it's the same kind of stuff that's produced here, so why even bother with them?
