Suppose nothing. They will rush you on the plane and leave it sitting at the gate for at least half an hour, then you will taxi out and wait at the start of the runway for a further halk hour.
Have an amazing time - I'm so glad you finally get to go!!!

Well, I've watched departure times and the like at Melbourne airport, and I've established that it's at least *theoretically* possible that the flight will at least leave the gate on time. Not likely perhaps, but possible

I'm just tying off the 14 metres of compression straps hanging off it which you promised me would disappear when the pack was filled

Strasbourg. Train directly to Basel at least once an hour. Ca. 120 km - just over one hour (compared to the 17000 km from Melbourne to Paris and several thousand kilometers around Europe).
