Today at Monash University, Clayton Campus in Victoria, Australia. I, happily, wasn't on campus at the time. Details are pretty sketchy at the moment; I shall, of course, keep this up to date. For now, more info at:

We're just glad you're ok - from what I understand you were scheduled to be in that particular building only a couple of hours later. A little too close for comfort, if you ask me.

Avenging Washcloth, An unhurried sense of time is, in itself, a form of wealth.

I'm glad to know you're all right too, your Majesty. smiley - hug

I heard the news last night on CNN (Cable News Network) here in America as I was getting ready for bed. Quite naturally, I panicked, and had to get online again to see if you and Cafram were okay. A little panic never hurt anyone .... um, did it? smiley - erm

*panics, runs in circles, screaming, hair standing on end*

smiley - yikes

I had a bit of a check on CNN and Sky News UK to see if it was featured, but I didn't see it... I figured I should just assume that people would, and so made sure I told everybody in as many ways as I could smiley - winkeye Cafram, of course, is fine, as she goes to uni more than 100Km from Melbourne smiley - smiley Thanks for your...smiley - erm...panic smiley - winkeye

True... often that's a good thing, but obviously not always. At least it was just an isolated incident - one girl in one of my classes has family back home in Washington, so she's particularly shaken up - as if she wasn't already.

smiley - erm I have relatives in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties, Maryland - the two which have been hit the hardest - Most of my relatives are older and most of them don't get out much, but still, it is unnerving. smiley - sadface
