h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

This evening we were happy to see coming down the road with his Rotary Club friends collecting donations as they usually do at this time of year. He always says hello to all the children and has a friendly smile and wave for all, along with a Merry Christmas. With his brightly lit and decorated stage he is a pleasure to behold on a dark, cold winters night.

My girls look forward to seeing him every year since we moved here. So well done and friends, keep up the good work

my cousin is in the Round Table (I think ?) and they do the same most years

I think there are a number of organisations that do it every year. Its nice to see the look on childrens faces when they see . My grandaughter was here last year when he visited and her face just lit up.

I'm glad organisations like those still do it

So am I. Thats one thing I remember from when I was young, when would come along our road on a decorated float and wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

Its good to see them still doing it.

In that case and by your logic, I should start claiming to be a male, as its the only way I'm going to get one

if the round table are going to parade they should at least do it in full armor mounted on their horses!!!!
