hehe fun! I loved desecting squid. We did it last year, and we also did a from and a mother shark(we got to disect the babies inside her too!) The squid was fun because we got to write with the pen and the inksac!

We dissected a large fish once and in it's stomach was the body of a half-digested, smaller fish.
It was really weird, but interesting.

When we disencted frogs, my frog was starved, deformed, and desesed when it died. 
it was strangly cool looking though. I cut out it's toung and tryed to take it home, but the teacher caught me. AND i'm very proud to say that I didn't wear gloves for the frog or the squid. I havd to for the shark because it has this horrible oil in it that stinks and doesn't come off your skin. You have to wate for the smell to flake off with all your skin. EWWWWW... but still it was so cool! Sorry I love bioledgy(sp?) and life scicence!!!

Yeah, I didn't wear gloves for the squid either - our teacher advised against it because then we wouldn't get the full "experience". But we wore them for the rat and the fish and the bulls eye.

It was cool - we got the lens out of the eye and rinsed it clean and then we could hold it over newsprint and read through it like we were looking through the eye of a cow...
