some of the fusioned food is confusing indeed. i remember being told about a viking/polynesian restaurant. its coconut-herring specialty should be quite spectacular

I have a friend who was trying to sell me on the idea of touring Iceland. He mentioned some vodka-based drink that tasted like caraway seeds. He said the country's national dish is fermented .
