That is true. I usually go to bed about 10.30 p.m. and sleep quite well . The problem is the constant nightmares which I cannot wake myself up from, and at the moment suffering from a sharp throbbing pain in my ribs .

I have seen my doctor about the nightmares, suffered with them for over 3 years now. There is not much which can be done, it could be a side effect of my medication but the doctor is unsure exactly which one!.

The throbbing pain is because of putting on extra weight and the fat is sitting on my ribs . I will have to jog to your house .

I will be healthy again one day .

try a new approach
when my kids were small/young, they had the odd nightmare(as kids do)I told them that "Animal" hates nightmares and if they appear, so does he and rips the heads off them and if they started a nightmare, see animal pulling heads off and grinning - it worked, they never had anymore.
Therefore! think of me ripping heads off bad dreams(as you know, I hate anything negative and nightmares are just that)

Eventually, my password was changed so it should be secure now . What happened, which I forgot about, is that while on holiday I tried to log into hoo-too on my laptop but couldn't remember my password . I left it at home and after three attempts, I was locked out of my account.

It was then reset but some stole my username/password, because I must of not logged out properly on the library computer .

It is all sorted now, and are glad to be able to write messages and cause chaos on hoo-too once again .

Hopefully, yes Prof. If Nigel had mentioned trying on holiday and forgetting his password I would have guessed why he was locked out. It's the same with mobile phones and pin numbers, three strikes and you're out.

We live and learn, and it is so easy to do if you are distracted. It is good to have him back though
