I could qualify for that certification. 
When I was undergoing treatment for my cancer there was one very good "benefit".. they give you some quite festive pharmaceuticals for anxiety and sleeplessness. They gave me Ambien to help me sleep.. PC said he felt like he should hold a mirror under my nose some nights.

They gave me some drugs one time for sleeping when in hospital, tehy were great I was floating up on teh ceiling, it was better than half the stuff I was paying for to get a high outside the hospital 
wish I could remember what it was
