Great, I found a way to edit it! I have to run it through another program first, but it works.

So, take two tomorrow? Just try to speed it up just a little bit, and email me a text copy through as well. I'll then try to find a way of doing some AV for it! I should be more specific next time and demand particular subjects that will be easy for me to film. Anyone want to write a poem about a fridge full of beer, bacon and chorizo, by any change?

See, that's the kind of strong imagery that's fairly straightforward to AViate. You can write a storyboard for that in a matter of seconds, and film it in a matter of minutes. Or you could do it all with photos. To be honest, it's damn good Beeblecasting material!

The problem is that I'm not a poet, and most of you talented poets don't AViate. I can look at something and see fairly quickly how easily I can make AV to accompany it - but at the same time, it's hard to say 'no' because time is short and we really are short of poetry submissions. 'Strong imagery' is quite a vague request, I know, and it does take a little time to learn to be able to look at something and be able to quickly envisage it inside your head.

I guess it's quite simple, really. If you can imagine a sequence of images that would accompany your poetry, or watch someone acting it out in your mind's eye, it's suitable - if not, probably not...

I'll put on my cap and what I can up!
