The North it shakes and even ladies in there beds down South it wakes
Is the washing machine in a fit or convoy of jugganauts thundering by
It rumbles on these few moments more the whole house a steady shake
Just now i fathom this groaning tremor from the depths
And its over the clock is just gone one and i on my own with quietness
