I crashed my BMW a while back and was very unhappy with the lorry whos fault it was the thing was so smashed up the policeman couldnt believe I came out of it alive, and not a scratch on me. Somebody up there likes me

yeah I'm fine Thanks for asking, luckily Mrs MB and the boffinettes weren't in the car at the time. My local Jag dealer's getting an early New Year present though, and the local council, who decided gritting the road on the coldest day of the year was a bad idea, will be hearing from me.

I'm just royally ed off (mainly with myself for being so stupid). No other car involved, just me, an icy road, and a wall!(bloody stupid place to put a wall)

26 years driving (not continuously, you understand) without so much as a scratch and I had to crash the most expensive car I've ever owned, why couldn't it have been the old rust bucket Ford I had 2 years ago?

Anyway my bad Christmas is trivial, my thoughts are with the people around the East of India and Indonesia at the moment. Kinda puts my week in perspective and makes me ashamed to be making such a big thing about my car!
