College/uni is undeniably better than High School, Tim. If you plan your schedule right, you have a class or two and then a free hour or three and then another class or two most days. And classes only meet either twice or three times a week, so there's really ample time to do homework. I really like it. smiley - smiley

And the best part is that there's no annoying family members around... smiley - winkeye

If you've got ample time for homework, it's obvious you're attending the wrong parties ...

I'm not a big party person. *waits for shock to subside* I prefer food and a movie with a few people in someone's room. That way you can keep an eye on your drink, and you don't have to go home in the dark.

My audition went well... just one fumbly passage and the sight reading was at least rhythmically correct for most of it. smiley - winkeye

Go home in the dark?

a) If it's not light again, you're leaving too early,
b) Why not stay put and sleep on the floor or sofa or in the bath?
c) Better to go to someone else's home....*ahem*....if nothing else you may get a cup of coffee made for you in the morning smiley - winkeye
d) If you can still walk, the party ain't over!

I can tell you're still a fresher....smiley - winkeye

I don't intend to get drunk or even drink period... the thought actually sickens me.

I have a feeling I'm in the minority of college students with that thought... smiley - tongueout
