It's the first of this seasons beaujolais () it always comes out on the 3rd thursday in november and it means that everyone tastes it if they can, it usually has a fruity fresh taste with a hint of bananas!

Hello

Did you not get the < redwine > smiley?
I didn't get drunk though, not something I consider a worthwhile passtime. Too expensive and only necessary if you haven't got the confidence in the first place. As you can imagine, coming from Essex, that is not one of my problems

- Really sorry but I don't remember dropping you a line not that it matters since you are here now I wont be back at uni til next September but it should be I want to get it over and done with so I can get on with my life. Kinda makes me ask why I took a 5 year course!
Kev - Lets get one thing straight, just because I'm from Essex doesn't mean I'm sleeping around. I am currently in France, my Boyfriend is in Liverpool, so no, I haven't been busy at that
On the other hand I was busy watching the World cup on Sat, it was great but I think the ref needed new glasses Work is going well hopefully I'll get round to testing the code I've been writing soon.

flabberghasted = sidéré or ahuri
And one of my favourite words in French époustouflant = Staggering, Mind-boggling, flabberghasting

The code is the stuff I've written to process images for difital cameras in mobile phones. However at the moment I'm trying to make someone else's code make sense
I'm not really into rugby I just have some friends here who are and I was watching them more as a social thing.

Hello
E G Mel Posted Dec 2, 2003
Am going to be home at my parents for xmas, my boyfriend is coming down too so it should be really cool.
I haven't actually made plans for New Years though I'd imagine my friends will have something organised that we can just fit into when we get there!
Things here are as hectic as ever, I saw Kill Bill at the weekend and I really liked it, it's very Tarentino but then what do you expect!
Mel
Hello
ESSEXSTUDD Posted Dec 5, 2003

We had snow when I went to my Boyfriends last Xmas, it was great, wasn't a white xmas just a white January! Though you kind of expect a little bit of snow when you're going up the mountains
I made a little snowman about the size of 2 fists put together
Though this Xmas should be slightly wamer being on the South Easterly coast as opposed to the North Westerly!

I'm waitng for the snow here but I'm not sure if it will come. We've had some heavy frosts the last couple of days but no 'precipitation'
Though if it does snow it will be more dangerous for me to get to and from work on my bike.
I think I will steer clear of Football, especially if it envolves France vs England! The rugby was different that is a game I can semi get into, football just annoys me
Mel
Hello
ESSEXSTUDD Posted Dec 11, 2003
SO U RIDE A BIKE HUN LOL I CAN JUST SEE U RIDING ALONG WITH A FRENCH STICK ON THE BACK LOL I WONDER WHO WILL GET SNOW FIRST BET WE GET IT WHEN UR BK IN ESSEX LOL XXX
Hello
E G Mel Posted Dec 11, 2003
I do indeed ride a bike, though not with a french stick strapped to the back I tend to but 'Pain Anglais' since it lasts longer and is easier to store
If we got snow while I was back that would be great, so long as it doesn't make the roads too dangerous as I live 45mins by car from my Best friend and I so want to see her when I get back. Plus I will have a flight to catch to get back and I don't want to miss it, as much as I would like to stay I don't think my bosses would appreciate it that much
