Mr. Christopher, enjoying the Magicians Guild game where he is called Polonius Franc, Elder Healer and local merchant Posted Sep 6, 2001
Hi Prez. Sorry to hear you have some much w*rk and st*dy. Classes start for my tomorrow. Could I trouble you to send my copies of those e-mails? I accidentally deleted them during my last Norton Cleansweep.

How about The Heart of Gold or the big black disaster Area one?
I dunno.. I hope you've seen/heard the hhgg series otherwise you won't understand the joke!

Heart of Gold is a bit obvious, no?
I'd take something seemingly sane, but with an uncertain edge... how'bout The Aphroodisiac?
Forgeting about sanity, here's another:
'The Candy Cookie'?
Maybe just plain 'Cookie'?
'Coup de Frappe'?
'Poire Belle Hélène'? Just Poire, for short...

How about the pointy stick? I dunno why, but that french word just translates instantly to me as pointy stick... and I don't speak french!
The (non)human brain, eh?

I like the Idea of it being French. How about "La Femme De Chambre" Or "De Sourire Le Vendeur"?

Prez HS (All seems relatively quiet here) Posted Sep 10, 2001
La Femme de Chambre is a good one, but I like Poire Belle Helene because it's actually a name for a big coupe of pear fruit ice cream dish with chocolate sauce, often eaten very romantically between two lovers. it translates 'The Pear of Beautiful Helene'. Having a cruizeship, which is already a big, fluffed up like a frosty white chrome ice cream desert, sort of ship, and calling it a romantic ice cream name, it rings true to me. whatcha think?

Now, one of our stories is about some adorably perky children who discover a mystery on board. Starring Avi and Marcia Bernstein, Krishna Chokshi, Laura Rando, and Pete Thompson.
What is the Crime?
What are our heroes' Objectives?
Distribution of cast?

What if we make the Bersteins an identical twin brother-and-sister duo, will that work?

How about the crime being that some priceless necklace has gone missing from the ships safe?
That might be a little obvious though.
What about sabbotage on the ship?
