And so....
Posted Jul 19, 2002
...as my holidays draw to an end, I get a chance to contemplate what I've achieved over the last month.
Nothing. Nothing at all. I have once again completely wasted my time.
But it was worth it

No more exams!!!
Posted Jun 24, 2002
Just finished my last exam - I'm pretty sure I've failed one subject due to my laziness in the assignments, but it doesn't matter - it's in the past!
Going to the pub in half an hour or so (at 11am ) when everyone else finishes
what an enourmous relief!

Moaning.

I didn't realise until I came home last week just how much I dislike the place I live. It's ok when I'm there, the people are nice, the food's ok, it's just so....not home. I've been living there almost 6 months, and I still don't think of it as home. You always have to be 'on' - there's always someone watching, you never get any space unless you lock your door, in which case it's two metres by four where you're expected to do everything - I have a bed, a desk, a fridge and a beanbag, which leaves about 1 metre square of floor space.
And so now I have to go back there for another week, although I have to go the other side of Melbourne every night to help out with a play (a good 3 hour drive each way )...which means I won't be around much for a little while.
So have fun, I'll see you when I see you.

Star Wars - finally!!
Posted Jun 13, 2002
What an amazingly great movie!! The whole thing was just awesome, mainly because of the 'shhhhhhhhhhlomp' affect - the way everything kind of happens off on its own and then gets sucked in to make perfect sense in a very clever way. Sorta like what happened in Lock Stock, but far cleverer, and furthar reaching. This is kind of the pivotal point for the five movies so far - everything fits in so nicley!!
And, yes, of course Yoda is great, but I was more impressed by the signifigance of the clones...oh, and of course - the New Zealand guy who was the Bounty Hunter....I was on the edge of my seat waiting for him to say "fush and chups"! And then his son....ooh! It all fits in so nicely!
