I am only there for the night so I don't think that I will be doing a huge amount of drinking.
Looking forward to going for a meal though

Going out for a meal tonight myself.
It's Mrs White's birthday on Hallowe'en.
She was born with a broomstick.

Sorry afternoon Mac
I usually enjoy Halloween but we are getting fireworks thrown at the house and they are freaking me out
One of them last night went into the backgrarden when the dogs were out which upset me - but not as much as it upset the dog
For a big dog he is such a scardy cat he nearly broke the back door down trying to get back in

I've never been a fan of it but you can't ignore it when you've got an 11 year old and an 8 year old in the house.
Also, I disapprove of yje current fad for non-scary costumes. It's Hallowe'en so why are my kids goig out dressed as a cat and a ladybird.
And why are their friends going out as nurses and hippies?
Kids these day. They know nothing.

Jack, that was an impressive typo. Those site visits are getting stronger.
And I guess there isn't much scarier than being trapped somewhere with a hippy. And are they saying the way the NHS being run at the moment is scary?
Or you're right, people are just stupid.

I'm definitely right, Mac.
Anyway, gotta go now. Luckily I have an extra-long weekend to recover from the slaughter that will be the inevitable result of Arsenal taking their laughable away record to Stamford Bridge.
Have a good one, apart from that.

Jack, I'll try to not let it spoil the rest of the weekend.
Speak Tuesday.
And PSD, that's not good.

Morning people.
Day off for me today.
But I intend getting out of bed soon. Well, soon-ish.
Okay, this afternoon.
Mac, I think we can safely conclude that the weekend went much better than expected.

It certainly was, Mac.
That fourth goal was a joy to behold.
Even though, if I'm honest all I was thinking at the time was that we 'might not' lose it from here.
So what d'you reckon for tonight? Are we resting players and therefore losing?
I fully expect Van Persie to start on the bench. Even though there's an International break coming up so his season-ending injury is bound to happen.
Anyway, it's a fine day in this neck of the woods so I'll be out for a while.
Later.

I wouldn't mind seeing Park start tonight, so long as he is safely placed on the bench.
And yeah, I'd imagine Jenkinson and Vermaelen will start. Then we'll need to bring on the other big hitters and will break their backs.
Have a good one Jack.
