Yes, I'll join in and wish you a wonderful birthday, yes you're you've been here on this stange little planet for forty-three revolutions round the sun. I better stop talking about age so not to trigger a mid-life crisis .

I think 43 is just the miscalculated answer to the ultimate question. Well, you had one year of bugging researcher so you should be thankful you've moved one up .

Hmmmmmm.. I should be able to come up with a t-shirt next time I go to the shop.... But I suppose you don't want any references to your age... Can't see why not but hey...that's life...
Anyway : Happy birthday NM.

Ordinarily I would say something either thought-provoking or completely loony to get the conversation started, but somebody's already done that. So I leave you with "Happy Birthday" and the knowledge that you're only as old as your 12th chromosome.

O.K. NM, here's your birthday present for now.
According to Wired magazine these are the life-expectancies of people alive today in the Western World(due to medical improvements already predicted) :
Unborn Life-expectancy : unknown but over 200 years
Age : 10 Life-expectancy : 190 years
Age : 30 Life-expectancy : 130 years
Age : 40 Life-expectancy : 130 years
Age : 100 Life-expectancy : 110 years
Not bad is it, the way they put it you're still in your infancy..so grow up !

GOLLY GEE everybody!!!!!! You don't know how this all makes me feel!!!!! Thanks everso much!!!!!
I'm afraid I'm a teenager trapped in in a middle aged mans' body!(Peter Pan Syndrom) Age doesn't bother me much......(and even less after TM's posting!).
I once said I couldn't see a good reason to own a home computer. Now all I can say is I can't imagine anyone missing out on having such good friends from all around the world!
Thank you ALL!

Happy [ belated ] Birthday...hope it was a really good one.Given timestamps on the servers are seriously out of kilter with Antipodean timelines I think I'm seriously late for this one but hey ....I'm really early for the next one!
