Hi BadAl Oooops
Do you like your sprouts small or large and where shall I deliver them
Coelacanth
Home 20 actually means rough location - didn't want to get to personal - Sadly, I work Saturdays but normally cross the Medway at the Festival, around 3pm to 4pm, so if you are going and you see a little red Rascal (no comment from you others) Van Going across the bridge - It'll be me...
Why not email me...
HiYa Pip
Sorry to hear abaout your problem - I've been there - Done it and got the T-Shirt. I have a very good Idea what you are going through and believe me it takes a little time to get over it and even then it leaves emotional scars - I met Margaret - My second wife - she is a great and I hope you meet someone in the future who will help you get on with life.
Give Cannon Fodder my best.

Litle Red Rascal!
_If_ I go to Festival it will be with friends who want to drink a lot and say they can "see the river anyday", so I'm not sure. However, I'll be in your town shopping tomorrow!
I'll look out for the van. Are you based in the town?

Whooops Sorry Lady C
Goes down on bended knees - to think I thought you belonged to the lowly race of men - How could I - head held low awaiting an exceptance of my apology.

Your very gracious apology accepted, but was not needed. An easy mistake to make, but I am in fact an old trout.
Hi vegiman:-)
vegiman:-) Posted Jul 26, 2000
Its difficult to talk whislt in this lowly position Kasia but lifts head up enough to say 'If time allows - I do it on a Monday' - puts head back down in shame

They are out of season in mosts parts of the world and only kept in store for so long. French Jonagold should be around by Sept. - The Dutch and Belgium countries and of course the UK are the man growers of this apple. Although it is grown all over the world, not but not in great quantities.
It is a cross from an apple not grown much these days called the Jonathan and the popular Golden Delicious.
Catcha soon

Thanks for the info vegiman! I look forward to September. I've seen them from Italy too I think. It's always my fave apple, and I remember when BBC Food and Drink prog did a taste test, they voted it top too. But it's hard to find in the shops, even in the Garden of England. Ali, I think you would like it, nice and sweet, but crisp too.
Had lunch in Maidstone with good friends today.

Hi Vegiman, hi Ali, Hi Coelanth, Hi Mari-RAe and anyone else i have not mentioned.
In the Uk we have a very strange custom of eating sprouts that come from Belgium, specifically brussels.
The very nice vegiman who gets up at 5:30 am ( I get up at 4:30 am it's hard isn't it vegi ?)will be delivering 100 lbs for me to the north quay of Westcliff by the sea a week next Tuesday.
Hope to see you all there at 5:30 am.
LOve, kisses and brussel sprouts
