Bassman - Funny how people never ceases to amaze me! Posted Apr 4, 2001
Maybe I'll do it via the Musicians Guild. I hope it takes off. I won't be able to get round to it before next week, gigs appointments and youngest sons' birthday to fit in. And a rebuild of my computer at home - AGAIN
I was reloading Win 98, coz it wouldn't print documents, having reloaded the print drivers and the word processor. It got to the bit where it shuts down and restarts, but didn't restart! VERY FUNNY - NOT!!! Now it just hangs up, the only thing on the screen being an underscore in the top left corner. Winking and mocking me.
In the interests of the moderators - I would say my computer is "Paternally Challenged".
Now you can see why I am the Keeper of Political Correctness

I think my cucumber can take it - but I get very protective about it because it is unable to defend itself

Hey ho vegiman!
Greetings from watercress country. How's the treacle mines?
I wrote a Guide Entry you might be interested in.

It went from Editors pick of the day to the "5 most overlooked" list in 2 weeks, but I liked it anyway.

Hiya my trout
Lady C I did read your article but time has not allowed me to answer you email and posts of late. It was well written and although it was a subject not very dear to my heart, it made interesting reading. I am sure some old movie addicts will enjoy it.
I am still searching for the treacle mines - in fact I have taken a week off at the mo so there is still hope of finding them
Although I am on a break from delivering - I am still working - no peace for the wicked. ish .
Sorry it has taken so long to answer but I am spending more time updating my websites - Not available to the public yet.
Let me know what you think - the links have not been set up yet and it will not be housed at this URL so I dont think I will break any house rules if I give it to you now.

Oh dear, they didn't like it. You You're supposed to leave them ! (I promise they do eat it and I have the proof.) I'd like to take a look at the sites. When(if?) you're not too busy, e mail the links to me? If you have the URL of that online computer course that I told you about many moons ago can you send that to me too? It's on my old computer which finally gave its last breath this week and I was telling someone about it.
Thank you for reading my Entry. It's more about Freud and even Dali than Hitchcock really, although people seem to be missing that angle. I use the film to teach Freudian themes to my Psychology students and the entry is my lecture before I show it.
I'm making a very quick flying visit down your way on Friday -watch out for the golden flash! Have a good rest week and keep looking for the treacle. I hope you can tear yourself away from the computer for some nice trips out.

I am not sure what the URL of the free on line course is right now.
I did get some paperwork from them - so I'll see if I can dig it out.
Sorry I didnt get the message of the article - I was quite tired when I read it and it was just as I was going to bed, like I am right now.
I'll give it another read when my mind is more active.
Catcha soon and I will email you shortly.
