Pity I seem to be getting so little at the moment. My workload is worryingly large and that combined with a need to balance the stress of work with some social life means I end up being out from the morning until closing time. Still, I'm enjoying myself so I can't really complain although I *am* staying in tonight I think.

Its quite depressing. My best friend has left Durham, deferring for a year, to take a job. Whilst I have my reservations (of course) I'm his friend, and I'm going to support him no matter what. Not everyone else agrees and he's been getting a lot of abuse over it. I guess it will sort itself out but it still leaves me feeling a bit down. At least I know this will make him happier.
On other notes, I've been busy trying to save a business deal. I hope it still goes through.

The Rules of the Zen Cook

I was wondering what people think the Zen Cookbook should contain. What tenets and rules should such a great book have within? What do you think the life of a Zen Cook should be like?
