h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Its quite depressing. My best friend has left Durham, deferring for a year, to take a job. Whilst I have my reservations (of course) I'm his friend, and I'm going to support him no matter what. Not everyone else agrees and he's been getting a lot of abuse over it. I guess it will sort itself out but it still leaves me feeling a bit down. At least I know this will make him happier.

On other notes, I've been busy trying to save a business deal. I hope it still goes through.

I should be on relatively swiftly after getting home. I get back ~5.50, but I have some room rearranging to do and I'll be really hungry.. still. It's unlike me NOT to be online by 7 or so, in preparation for my sojurn in front of the computer for the rest of the evening.
