Muffler and exaust fitted, brakes rebuilt, inspection passed, work done, w/s's in, sleep now.

Miami. Sounds wonderful, wish i were there. Instead, i am spending money on the Metro to keep her on the road. VA safty inspection is tough. Not like it was in Georgia. Geez. So far i have been to the parts stores 7 times gathering together the following:
Rotor
Caliper
Brake pad set
Muffler
Exaust Pipe
Clamps
Adaptor pipes
Air (for the tire that i plugged)
Labor (for the welder)
Beer for the welder (after he does the work)
Cost: So far, $230 and more to come...
Ticket to miami: $225
That just takes the biscit, doesn't it? Now, i have to go back in an hour to see if they ordered the right parts. Tomorrow, i'll be replacing the brakes while Hosalito works on the exaust. Argh! Then Monday, i have to install the 2 w/c's (finally!) over at Bob's then i go back to work!
I'm tired just thinking about it. I need a hot tub.

I was listening to IG last night, nt thinking about much. Today i had to stay out of work because of my shoulders again. Bother. What to do, what to do. Do you think it's possible to live on romen noodles? That and broccalli (which i never spell right) and brussel sprouts (which are kinda like little cabbages) and strawberries, and a really good spinach and tomato pizza, and sometimes a warm brownie, oh and...
and so forth.
fifthly- What knee is up when the crow barks at the ground? What is the meaning of the carrot, when politics are played with mallets? What say the cat, when the fur goes south for the cornflakes?
I need some sleep, i think.
