I don't have the excuss that Peta does in comeing here while i am at work, but hey, it's a slow day. 7:33am est, and i am looking at myself on the webcam wishing i had brought in my book. I'm sure i could finish it today.

There is nothing we can do if your pipe is frozen, other than sending out someone to sit there with a blow torch at $160 per hour. I recommend investing in insulation.
