i am expecting the delivery of my new breathing machine thingy sometime in the next week. It will be weird if it helps. A good night's sleep. Haven't had that in a while.

bad monday

the last monday was one of the worst in my life. Funny that. I've been too depressed to be on. I even had mail, that's how long i've been off.

no sleep for the weary

I took my overnight sleep study thingy last night. I slept for the first hour and a half. For the other four and a half hours, i stared at the ceiling.
Doctor: it is my opinion that you may have insomnia.
Me: You think?

I shall fall asleep! That's right, folks, it's beetle falling asleep for the camera in a doctor's office overnight. Lovely. Have you ever falen asleep for someone whilst connected to electrodes and a nose breathing clipy thing? Discuss.
