Upon my arrival...sad news.

My Business English teacher gave me a bit of unhappy news as I walked into class..one of the group of student assistants who do much to lighten instructor workloads passed away this past Saturday..
I was not on speaking terms with the person,but I and others surely noticed her as she made her way round the place. She was too,too young to have gone away so soon. (maybe in her 20s??)
It would be best to contemplate this...but I don't think we as humans can really answer why.

It's always very sad if someone you know dies. 
All the more so if it was a young person.

I really didn't know her quite well, and had to be shown a photo to fully remember her. Still..just too young.
I hope her family can find some peace of mind.

I have two sons at nearly that age. It doesn't bear thinking of it could ahppe to one of them. The family must be devastated.

Well...just a bit of thought on something we tend not to consider until it affects us one day.
I hope that this kind of news won't be given to any of our community again til long from now.

Friend..no worries,really.
This was just a refection on some really unwanted news.
The true center of everyone's sympathy should be with the family she left behind.
As I said,she was a fixture at the school...and maybe I talked to her..but no real grief on my part.

More sad news,I'm fraid...
Found an email from my sister..Mom has gotten progressively worse,with 3 hospital stays and small heart attack.
Sister plans to move her to hospice care...and Mom has signalled that there is to be no medical intervention.
