These are the hidden weaknesses and "infectious" hobbies that attack well after marriages are legally bound. And I don't think they quite fit in to any clauses afterwards.

But our garden is becoming very beautiful. I'd put some pictures of it on Fotki, but I can't upload anything right now because I don't have money to waste on paying them to make it a 'premium account'.
And mum has the camera with her anyway (she's in Brasil till Saturday).

Ah, out of "town" again. Which means a fabulous family time on her return.

Well, she was back today (very early morning), loaded with the usual 'supermarket', and very tired...
And tomorrow, she already needs to go back to work.

Did that load of luggage include any Giant Bananas or Gnat Buzzes? Or even a few Gremlin Bones?

No... (ah, so you do read _some_ nonsense!)

Oh, I run across some from the <./>Info</.> page. Sometimes deep and interesting stuff, often enough a random giggle can be found. I'm certainly not adverse to either.

So it's been a long time since I asked, ... How are the studies going? Gonna finish this "level" of qualification this year?

*Disclaimer: I have no idea what years and levels exist here, let alone another country ...*

My studies? In a word, busy. In two words, very busy. In more words, not as busy as I should be, because things really are quite mad...

Breath in, breath out. It'll be okay.


Anyway, if I manage everything okay, I will finish my BA (that is the first, or undergraduate, degree - the terms depend on the 'lingo', but they mean the same thing) this year, and start my MA (second/graduate degree) in Translation Studies next year.

Indeed then, I'll cross a couple of fingers, eyes and what-ever that it's all a success for you.

And keeping as busy as you do, I expect that you are keeping mostly out of mischief.

What mischief?

Of course, ... me, I must have been thinking of someone else.

So a query, ... how many times have you started to pre-pack for you next 'travel'?

I haven't. I thought of stuff to take, sure, but what would be the point of packing already? Most of the stuff I'll be taking with me I also use regularly, after all. I'll need them in the coming 13 weeks.

I'm just used to Milady starting to pack little stuff weeks, even months, before we go anywhere of consequence.

You have to remember, we met in our military, when things are planned, forecast, dealt with. She served 8 years, I did 21. Not a lot is left to "chance'

Ah. Planning. I think I heard that word somewhere before...

*shrug* Like I said, I know pretty much what I'll be taking; but can't see the point in packing it already.

Same for me. If left to my own, I'd throw a few changes of clothes and a toothbrush into a bag, 10 minutes before heading out the door.

Ah no, I'll probably be taking more stuff than I actually need... always do. No reason to start so far ahead, is all.

Well, just keep that one hand free for a biiiiig wave eastwards as ya pass through Toronto. I'll be watching, cause it's only a bit over 200 km ya know.
