Finally *rubs hands* - my plan has come to fruition! Not only did I sub the University Project now on the Front Page for the whole weekend ... but I polished the UnderGuide piece as well! 
Wa ha ha ha ha cough cough haaaa ...
Actually, this is not an exercise in self-aggrandisement [note to self: check spelling] in association with other people's work (or rather it's not *just* that) - it's a sneaky way of encouraging people to read A11819757 'Pharmakeia', which is one of the best things I've ever polished for the UG and was a long time getting to the FP. Deserves a readership, in my opinion. Please do give it a go

I hate it when that happens - you're all fired up and raring to post and it's a reasonable hour of the day and ... hootoo dries up!

Hail and Farewell

For a bit, anyway. I've only just managed to get back on to h2g2 after a really heavy week, which involved little sleeping and quite a lot of grumpiness, followed by a slightly giddy feeling of release and, then, lots of sleeping once the buzz wore off ...
And now I'm off again, to the place where no computers grow. Well, they do, but I can't get to them.
So - tara for a bit!
Well here it is, merry Christmas,

I just realised that it was my second hootooversary ... six days ago. I don't quite now what happened, but I've been persuaded that it's not too late to have a little party
