I remain eternally confussed as to why you all stopped at 901 bottles of beer? Almost as many guiness's as I drunk this week to cope with the really really really really really hot weather.
And who's been hastling FB? my pants are wet cause it is hot and I need a shower

I've been living off the stuff the last week or so, to cope with the heat and humidity I weighed myself whilst back at My Dads, for the first time in nearly two years. I've apparently lost 1 stone some pounds Can't be drinking enough beer obviously

Well, no point eating flants, if you want to gain weight - pretty much all protein, your average flant, virtually no carbohydrate.

Apart from these
