*A sigh of disappointment at not making the hootoo 'not blinking' record once again*
Roses are flowers.
Mrs Bojangles Posted Feb 19, 2006
*taps nose* Nod's as good as a porkpie to a kumquat.
Never mind Trin, non blinking's not all it's cracked up to be...maybe.
So, where were you hiding when Footy found you?

*Sniffs elbow*
He was only on my Adroabel PS. I'd forgotten to subscribe to the conversations there.

Er ... *thinks*
Somewhere in Otherfootie(aka Adroabel)'s message centre.
Then she did a brilliant one which it was pure coincidence I spotted.
Now she's clearly done something equally brilliant that I'll never spot
So ... I'm ringing McWhirter now and throwing in the When it comes to hiding, I'm just no match for you, am I ...
Where'd she go?
Roses are flowers.
Baconlefeets Posted Feb 19, 2006
I suppose I could give you a clue.
But only if you find me in the same amount of time it took me to get you. Then the coincidence record shall be ours!
Roses are flowers.
Mrs Bojangles Posted Feb 19, 2006
Oooh, sneaky.
That's all for tonight from me playmates. I have to go before I turn into a pumpkin or aubergine or something.
*hides*
(Does hiding in my bedroom count?)
Night

*Waits again*

(Well, I didn't know we were in the presence of an expert )
So, if I happen along and 'find' you in about twenty-four hours ... we split the record, yes?
Roses are flowers.
Baconlefeets Posted Feb 19, 2006
(I've got my hiding degree pinned to the fridge. )
Oh yes. When can we expect Mr McWhirter to come by?
Roses are flowers.
Trin Tragula Posted Feb 19, 2006
Well, let's see, Tuesday sometime, I suppose. Should we make him some sandwiches ... or would that look a bit cocky?
Roses are flowers.
Baconlefeets Posted Feb 20, 2006
I I had a psychic moment yesterday and began making him a batch of mince pies.
If we make some sub-standard sandwiches as well, that should make up for it, I think.

Trin Tragula Posted Feb 20, 2006
I've got some Hula Hoops
McWhirter likes Hula Hoops. Says so here, on page 132 of Roy Castle's autobiography:
"I remember one day when we were filming Record Breakers, Mr McWhirter asked me if I had any Hula Hoops. When I told him I only had some Wotsits and a Lion bar, he looked incredibly grumpy and positively stomped off to makeup. He's a devil for his Hula Hoops, McWhirter..."
